OUR TRANSPARENT SELECTION PROCEDURE
1. An appointment can be requested by mail. Applications are processed in order of receipt;
2. Viewing of the property;
3. Via the QR code, a via online form (Google docs) can be filled in, in which we ask for the following details: your name, address, place of residence, telephone number, e-mail address, proof of identity, family composition, source and amount of income (with supporting documents), rent price current rental property and/or a landlord's statement or otherwise
4. The landlord selects the most suitable tenant based on the documents received. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, political beliefs, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, marital status, disability or chronic illness.
5. Household composition: it is important that the composition of the occupants is a good match for the property. We pay attention to this and thus check whether you live alone or together, with or without children. This allows you to live comfortably (together), and also tries to prevent nuisance and damage.
THE SELECTION CRITERIA
1. Order of application: the principle is that the first person to respond is also the first to have the opportunity to view the property. Bear in mind that if there are many applications, not everyone may be invited for a viewing.
2. Income: if the property on offer has a minimum income requirement, this will be stated in the advertisement. We take your income into account in relation to the rent. A fixed minimum income requirement gives the landlord financial security.
3. The type of income: we also look at the type of income, such as a fixed or indefinite employment contract or (self-employed) entrepreneurship. This is because your source of income is relevant for the landlord to assess your financial position and thus his financial security. Any other income sources such as, for example, a guarantee, inheritance and/or alimony also play a role in this assessment.
4. Rental history: if you have rented a property before, your rental history is important. Prospective tenants with a demonstrable positive rental history, for example through a landlord's statement, offer the landlord some security.
5. Household composition: it is important that the composition of the occupants is a good match for the property. We pay attention to this and thus check whether you live alone or together, with or without children. This allows you to live comfortably (together), and also tries to prevent nuisance and damage.
